Healing Through The Body: Guide To A Better Life

BY RÊVE

Good morning RÊVE family, today we're going to talk about those heavy days that can turn into weeks, months or years of feeling heavy and anxious. To heal from this "status" or "period" I used the "moving" method, which I will be explaining down below.

Even if you feel like you had a good night's sleep, your heart can still feel heavy.

Sometimes we wake up to a shiny day, or a beautiful pastel pink sky but we still feel trapped into this nightmare of feeling anxious and heavy, let me tell you one important thing: It's completely fine to feel this way, there's nothing wrong with you, you simply have to work on yourself and to find a way that helps you leave those feelings behind and to be strong enough to say NO to those feelings, I'm here to help you, you're not alone!

Many mornings I was feeling like there was a cloud over my chest, making me breathing hard even if outside was a perfectly beautiful day. There's so much to learn about connecting with our inner strength to feel, and to find the light in the darkness.

There's a small reminder that may help you in some way as it helped me:

Courage needs fear.

Light needs darkness.

Calm needs chaos.

This is like yin and yang, the reality of opposites making a whole. When I feel that cloud over my chest, overwhelmed, I take a few deep breaths and meditate, try to take every morning just a few minutes for yourself to breathe and to meditate, you will see as time passes that it will make a huge difference on your life.

People always think that they need a "big" change in their lives, or to do "huge" things to feel better, but that's not true, sometimes little things can change your life more than you think.

1# OPTION

Aligning with life force energy, the universe, divine love, helps me reset. My morning routine is my true sanctuary. I can't imagine my mornings without at least 5-10 minutes of meditation and breathing exercises.

There are only three magical words: MOVE YOUR BODY.

"Move Your Body" is the message, so, listen, don't ask questions, just do it for yourself.

2# OPTION

If you think that meditation is not your thing, first, try with something else. When you wake up, put on your favourite song and dance like there's nobody watching! Allow your body to move freely, let your muscles move however they want to, then press PAUSE, place your palms over your heart and become still, live in the moment of calmness ad fall in love with yourself.

Observing my breath, Experiencing the present without judgment, just love, me and myself. Embodying the lightness vibrating through my body, simply being and living. Isn't it a magical feeling?

The human body is an incredible vessel capable of not only physical strength and endurance but also profound healing.

By understanding and nurturing this connection, we can unlock the body's innate ability to heal and restore balance.

Understanding the Mind-Body Connection:

The mind-body connection refers to the intricate relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and physical health. Research has shown that our mental and emotional states can significantly impact our physical well-being. By recognizing and understanding this connection, we can actively work towards healing and promoting overall wellness.

Practicing Mindfulness and Meditation:

Mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools for healing through the body. By bringing our attention to the present moment and cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of our thoughts and sensations, we can reduce stress, anxiety, and physical tension. Regular practice of mindfulness and meditation can promote relaxation, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall physical and mental well-being.

Engaging in Physical Activity:

Physical activity is not only beneficial for our physical health but also plays a crucial role in healing through the body. Regular exercise releases endorphins, which are natural mood boosters and pain relievers. Engaging in activities such as yoga, tai chi, or dance can also help release emotional tension and promote a sense of well-being.

Nurturing Emotional Well-being:

Emotional well-being is closely tied to our physical health. Unresolved emotional issues can manifest as physical symptoms or ailments. It is essential to nurture our emotional well-being through practices such as therapy, journaling, or engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. By addressing and processing our emotions, we can support the body's natural healing processes.

Practicing Self-Care:

Self-care is an integral part of healing through the body. Taking time for ourselves, engaging in activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, and prioritizing our physical and mental well-being are essential. This can include activities such as taking baths, practicing aromatherapy, getting massages, or simply spending time in nature. By caring for ourselves, we create an environment conducive to healing.

Seeking Professional Support:

Sometimes, healing through the body requires professional support. Seeking guidance from healthcare professionals, therapists, or alternative medicine practitioners can provide valuable insights and techniques tailored to your specific needs. They can help you navigate the mind-body connection and develop a personalized healing plan.

Healing through the body is a holistic approach that recognizes the profound connection between our physical and mental well-being. By practicing mindfulness, engaging in physical activity, nurturing emotional well-being, practicing self-care, and seeking professional support when needed, we can tap into the body's innate healing abilities.

Embrace the power of the mind-body connection, and embark on a journey of healing, restoration, and overall well-being.
